Refund Policy Overview
At Synergy Brand Architect, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions tailored to your business needs. We value your trust and strive to maintain full transparency in our processes.
Because this initiative involves custom work (such as original website development, logo design, and content writing), we have established the following refund policy:

Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund only under the following conditions:
- Project Cancellation Before Work Begins: Full refund if cancelled before any design or dev work starts.
- Delayed Project Start: Full refund if we fail to start within 7 working days without communication.
- Failure to Deliver Basic Scope: Partial/full refund if ₹15k plan features aren't delivered in 30 days without explanation.
Non-Refundable
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Project cancelled after work (design, content, or coding) has begun.
- Change of mind after work commencement.
- Delays due to lack of client content or communication.
- Dissatisfaction after multiple approved revisions.
- Fast delivery (₹6,999) and Source code fees once work/delivery begins.
Timeline & Processing
If eligible, you must request your refund within 7 days of the qualifying event.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
Last Resort
We prefer resolving issues via revised timelines or solutions before processing refunds.
